Please read our policies carefully to ensure a smooth travel experience.
1. Booking & Reservation
- •All bookings must be made at least 4 hours prior to the pickup time.
- •Confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
- •Ensure all pickup and drop-off details are accurate to avoid delays.
2. Waiting Time Policy
- •Airport Pickup: Complimentary 2 hours waiting time from the actual flight landing time.
- •Hotel/Address Pickup: Complimentary 30 minutes waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
- •Additional waiting time beyond these periods will be charged periodically.
3. Reschedule Policy
- •Reschedule requests must be made at least 12 hours before the pickup time.
- •Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 12 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.
- •Requests made less than 12 hours before pickup may incur additional fees or be treated as a cancellation.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- •Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup.
- •50% refund for cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before pickup.
- •No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or no-show.
5. Passenger Conduct
- •Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- •Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the customer.
6. Luggage Policy
- •Passengers must ensure the selected fleet can accommodate their luggage size and quantity.
- •Over-sized luggage should be notified in advance.
7. Flight Delay Policy
- •Our team monitors flight statuses in real-time for all airport pickups.
- •Your driver will wait for you regardless of the delay at no extra cost.
- •Please ensure you provide the correct flight number during booking to enable tracking.
