Please read our policies carefully to ensure a smooth travel experience.

1. Booking & Reservation

  • All bookings must be made at least 4 hours prior to the pickup time.
  • Confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
  • Ensure all pickup and drop-off details are accurate to avoid delays.

2. Waiting Time Policy

  • Airport Pickup: Complimentary 2 hours waiting time from the actual flight landing time.
  • Hotel/Address Pickup: Complimentary 30 minutes waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
  • Additional waiting time beyond these periods will be charged periodically.

3. Reschedule Policy

  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 12 hours before the pickup time.
  • Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 12 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.
  • Requests made less than 12 hours before pickup may incur additional fees or be treated as a cancellation.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before pickup.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or no-show.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the customer.

6. Luggage Policy

  • Passengers must ensure the selected fleet can accommodate their luggage size and quantity.
  • Over-sized luggage should be notified in advance.

7. Flight Delay Policy

  • Our team monitors flight statuses in real-time for all airport pickups.
  • Your driver will wait for you regardless of the delay at no extra cost.
  • Please ensure you provide the correct flight number during booking to enable tracking.
